This is an 8-course kaiseki meal featuring local specialties such as horse sashimi, karashi renkon (mustard lotus root), ichimonji guruguru (a type of sushi), and dango soup, along with ingredients sourced from Kumamoto Prefecture.We believe that both customers from outside the prefecture and those from within the prefecture will be able to reaffirm that "Kumamoto-produced ingredients are delicious!" (^^) *We also offer a "Special Kumamoto Local Cuisine" kaiseki course, which includes a sashimi platter of seasonal fish and premium horse meat nigiri.
