This is a kaiseki course of 8 dishes including local cuisine such as horse sashimi, lotus root with spicy pickles, Ichimonji guruguru, and dago soup, as well as ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture.We believe that customers from within the prefecture, as well as those from outside the prefecture, will once again realize that "ingredients from Kumamoto are delicious!" (^^) *We also offer a [Special Kumamoto Kaiseki Course] featuring a sashimi platter of seasonal fish and premium horse sushi.
