This is an 8-course kaiseki course featuring local dishes such as horse sashimi, mustard lotus root, ichimonji guruguru, and dago soup, as well as ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture.We believe that both customers from outside the prefecture, and customers from within the prefecture, will be reminded that "Kumamoto ingredients are delicious!" (^^) *We also offer a "Special Kaiseki" course featuring locally sourced Kumamoto ingredients, which includes a sashimi platter of seasonal fish and premium horse sushi.
